I'm Ronald Bröring. 27 years behind the curtain making other people's businesses work. I've built award-winning brands, lost everything, and rebuilt from a village in the Amazon. Reversety is what I do now: reverse-engineer what's actually broken, then build the fix.
I've been doing this for 27 years. Creative director, marketing strategist, salesperson, agency owner — I've worn every hat there is, made award-winning campaigns, and built brands and products people recognise across markets. For most of that time I worked behind the curtain, making other people look good. I'm comfortable back there.
Then life did the thing life does.
Years ago, in Brazil, it all came apart. I was robbed, threatened, my business in ruins, and I had to leave the country with almost nothing. I rebuilt. COVID knocked it down again. I rebuilt once more. Today I run my work from a small village in the Amazon you won't find on a map — cheap rent, free sun, an internet connection that somehow holds, and my son playing downstairs.
Losing everything twice teaches you something you can't learn any other way: what actually matters, and what's just noise.
It's why I have no patience for the fantasy version of business — the "30 days to rich," the templates, the gurus selling a dream they don't live. I've been on the floor. I know what's real.
What I'm good at is finding the real problem. The one underneath the one everyone's pointing at. I've done it for tiny one-person businesses and for a national institution on the edge of collapse, and it's always the same move: ignore what everyone's fighting about, and find what's actually tangled.
And then — this is the rare part — I build the fix. Not a deck. The actual thing. An offer, a page, an app, a product. Because a plan you can't ship is just a nicer way to stay stuck.
That's Reversety. It's named after the one thing I do: work backwards from the mess to the real problem, then forward to the thing that solves it.
I'm not for everyone. If you want comfort, or someone to tell you the plan you already made is fine, I'm the wrong guy. If you want the truth, and then the thing built — that's me.
One 90-minute session and a written diagnosis: the real problem, the wrong solution you were about to fund, and the exact move to make.
See the diagnosis →02 / BUILD SPRINTTwo weeks, one working product — the offer, the page, the app, the GPT — built and handed over, yours to run.
See the build sprint →A business spent €60,000 on two lead-gen agencies and made zero sales. The agencies weren't the problem — the commercial architecture underneath them was. We rebuilt it. They went from 0 to 25 sales a month.
A system keeping Dutch mental-health care accountable was days from collapse, with every party locked in a fight over money. The real problem was never the money. I found what was actually tangled — and a workable way through.
A festival for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs that almost nobody attended. We stopped selling what the government was doing and made it about the people supporting it — and it became the most talked-about spot at the event.
Fifteen minutes, free. I'll tell you straight what's actually broken, and whether I'm the right person to fix it. No pitch.
